Sarah Ismail realized her passion for leading adventures when she got stuck in Taiwan due to a volcanic eruption, and led a group of six strangers on a two-day impromptu tour of the surrounding area. Sarah has a Masters in Public Health from UC Berkeley and studied Molecular Environmental Biology and Forestry as un undergraduate. Sarah’s experience with chronic pain showed her that healing happens through connection with God, nature, and community and so she plans retreats with that in mind. She is also a yoga instructor and has completed a wilderness first aid training and has been to 35+ countries.
