Join Ma’wa and AMALY from Feb 16th -19th for a rejuvenating healing retreat at Lake Arrowhead that blends spirituality, mental well-being, and creative expression. While being in nature and engaging in outdoor activities , you will have the opportunity to reconnect with your inner self through guided art therapy, healing circles facilitated by a counselor, and connect with your spirituality. We will be cultivating a holistic experience that nurtures both the mind and soul while we participate in physical activities such as hikes, morning walks, and so much more! AMALY is a mental health non-profit organization that provides mental health services to the Muslim population, with the goal of challenging the stigma of seeking support for mental health issues in our communities; by providing services and psychoeducation through workshops, healing circles, group, couples, and individual sessions.
Unfortunately, we're sold out for this trip. Join the waitlist below, and we'll reach out if spots open up!
Please note: this retreat is a supportive space, but it is not a substitute for professional therapy; participants are encouraged to seek appropriate mental health care if needed.
